Terms of service
Terms of Service
Draft prepared for legal review before launch. Last updated: October 2026.
Scope of services
Services are provided to business clients under a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, assumptions, timing, and fees. Work begins when the proposal is accepted.
Nature of advice
Our deliverables are based on information supplied by the client, published sources, and professional analysis. They support the client’s decision-making; they do not guarantee commercial, technical, regulatory, or quality outcomes.
Third-party providers
Laboratory testing, factory inspections, and certifications are performed by independent third-party providers. We may coordinate these services, but the client contracts with and relies on those providers for their results.
Suppliers and sourcing
Supplier evaluation and sourcing support reduce risk through structured assessment. We do not act as a trading agent and do not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, or regulatory compliance.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential. On payment, the client owns the deliverables prepared for it; we retain ownership of our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and any expenses are stated in the proposal. Late payment may result in suspension of work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Website use
Content on this website is general information and not advice for a specific situation. We may update the website and these terms at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the proposal, or otherwise Australia.
